Seth Carlson's third performance of Wend Your Way for the American Guild of Organists Student Commissioning Project.
Seth Carlson premieres our American Guild of Organists Student Commissioning Project piece, Wend Your Way. The piece is based on the Latter-day Saint hymn "Come, Come Ye Saints." also popular in many other Christian churches. My piece traces a journey through hardships and trials to victory and triumph over four sections. It will be premiered two more times over the summer.
